Chic and Savvy Crafters offers the following Returns Policy:
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  Although we take time to inspect all of our products before we ship them to you and are very careful to package our items for a safe delivery we realize that during shipping our products are not always handled in the manner we would like.  If you have an issue with any of our products upon arrival, please contact us immediately after you receive your items, we will strive to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds, however, we will gladly replace  defective items. In order to receive a replacement product, all products must be returned to us in the original packaging and in an unused condition within 5 business days after you receive your items. Please return your items to us with a copy of your original invoice in a prepaid, and traceable manner to guarantee shipping documentation and a safe delivery of the returned goods. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the returned products.

At Chic and Savvy Crafters we do not want to make money on shipping charges.  If when we ship your items there is an over payment on the shipping we will refund the overage if it is over .50.  We appreciate your business!
